The rules in short

| Gratuity | 21 days of basic wage a year for the first 5 years, 30 days a year after; at least 1 year of service; at most 2 years of wage |
| On resignation | No reduction (since February 2022) |
| Overtime | +25%; +50% from 10 pm to 4 am and on the rest day |
